It Is Truly An Honour To Be The First Principal Of Pioneer Public School. My Journey As An Educator Had Started In 1990, When I Became A Computer Science Teacher For Grade XI And XII. I Spent Thirteen Years In The Classroom Teaching At Pandiaraj Matric. Higher Secondary School, In The Nilgiris. Then I Went On Working With Some Of The Most Reputed Schools Around The World. In Between, I Was Working For The Lawrence School Lovedale, Which Was One Of The Top Three Schools In India Of That Time. I Was Also Working As Principal In A CBSE Affiliated School In Japan. Recently, I Was The Vice Principal At Kings School. With Over 27 Years Of Experience, I Do Not View The Position Of Principal As A Job, Instead, A Responsibility To Lead Our School To Accomplish Great Heights. The Role Of Principal Entails Many Exciting Opportunities Associated With Student Achievement. However, Most Importantly, My Personal And Professional Goal Is To Provide Children With The Best Educational Experience Possible. At Pioneer Public School, Our Mission Is To Provide Fun Filled Environment For All Of Our Students.
My Mission As A Principal Is To Always Put Kids First! My Belief Is That All Students Can Learn, And It Is Our Duty To Support All Of Their Needs. This Year, We Have Students From Mixed Background And Hence, We Buy Some Extra Time From Parents To Acclimatize All Children To A Real CBSE School.(Please Show Some Perseverance) My Passion For Education As Well As The Enthusiasm Of My Staff Will Always Be Evident.(We Will Perform).Your Perseverance And Our Performance Will Bring Us The Prosperity.
